Not as fresh and nice as the photos it appear. Location. Ear airport but not sites of interest for me. Positive: The agency that handled the booking were outstanding with their response time and communication. Tv had problems and they responded to texts message quickly and with kindness. They were best part of the stay. Negative: It looks bright and cheery but it is small and dark. because of being just outside the parking lot you have to the blackout Curtains closed for privacy. Bathroom as kind of funky looking. Unfinished cabinetry, worn down bathtub, no shower curtain. Feels like a warn down unit. I had an early arrival so had to pay for the prior night too which was unfortunate. Most of the sites to see were about a $30 U.S. Uber rider there and back. I recommend staying closer to the cluster of museums if you plan to see them such as the Louvre or the Zayed National museum.

This is a very reasonably priced and comfortable rental property, highly recommended. Positive: Location was very comfortable, centrally located with ample facilities to add to the comfort of our stay. The apartment was very well fitted out, with everything needed for a business and vacation stay. Negative: The parking arrangement was a problem on the first day of our stay as another tenant of the building made use of it. It was, however, sorted out quickly.
